May 16th - May 17th: Day One Hundred Four

I cannot express how much I really don't want to study right now! At this point I'm done. I get this way with the regular semester though too. I get close to the end and my brain stops working, I stop caring and all I have on my mind is packing up and going home. It usually ends the actual week of finals though so that's what I'm hoping for here. I did manage to make a few flash cards yesterday though and I might attempt to work on a few before I head off to bed too.

I didn't feel well today after lunch so I relaxed a bit and worked on my homework. I got a little restless after a while and decided to head out to the botanical garden. I invited the two boys to go with me and the three of us headed out. I think I missed the best time to go to the garden. I went with Moud back in March (I think) and most things were blooming. Today everything had already bloomed and was pretty much green. It was still really nice; a beautiful place to sit with a book or something. I wish I could have caught it in April to see the change from March to now.

Tomorrow's still a little unknown. I'd like to somewhere, but it all depends on the weather. Last time I looked it said it was going to rain, but the weather's pretty unpredictable here. I told the boys today the weather changes faster and more often than some people change underwear (they got a nice laugh out of that... they don't know my humor yet). I'd like to take pictures of some buildings and possibly tour one or two but who knows. If it rains I'll be studying and talking to Blanca all afternoon so I can practice what I'm studying!
