May 9th - May 10th: Day Ninety Seven

Well, going to Sol got pushed back yet another day. I invited Katherine (and Sarah but she was in class) to go with me today (they are the two girls I live with). They were busy but suggested going tomorrow. I told them I'd wait and we'd all go tomorrow after lunch. As long as I go so I can get the last gifts on my list I'm good. It doesn't matter to me when I go so long as I get there.

So, instead, I watched a movie in Spanish (I feel like I accomplish something when it's in Spanish) and went out on the balcony to read my Spanish Harry Potter book. I ended up falling asleep out there, haha. I have no idea how long I was asleep, but when I woke up and came inside Blanca was gone and I was the only one in the house.

Even though today was another nonproductive day (besides getting my homework done of course) I really enjoyed it. It's the days like this that I'm going to miss the most; the days with the simple pleasures. I always thought the city noises (cars, people, etc.) would bother me, but it was soothing out on the balcony today (basically a lullaby since I fell asleep) and I'm going to miss it.
