Of course I heard the news about Bin Laden today and I have to comment on it a little bit. I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but part of me doesn't believe he's really dead. Probably because he eluded us for so long. Either way, I don't think it'll help our situation over there. In fact, I think it'll make things worse. Everyone seems to be celebrating but I can't see a reason to celebrate. Yes, the guy we've been hunting for years is finally gone, but there are still terrorists.
Anyway, today was a nice, relaxing day. It was supposed to rain all day, but I didn't see much rain. I worked on homework all day and did a few pages in my work books. Beyond that, nothing special. I pretty much just tried to enjoy the last day off of school I'll have until it's over. Well, besides the weekends that is.
Well, tomorrow's an early day!

Yea...I understand what you are saying about the Bin Laden issues...mixed feelings...I am glad he is gone however it doesn't seem real...first thing I said was I want DNA and then they said there was DNA tests done...I know there is so much mixed controversy about seeing his body...well you know your mom...I want to see it...I would love to be able to watch the footage and I also wish I could ask some questions...like how didn't they know he was there?....so close to their own military compound?....and that is what scares me...well if we never get to see proof I guess we will just have to imagine he is on Fantasy Island with Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and Ameilia Earhart...haha!
