Today was somewhat of a busy day. Well, busier than usual and also long. I had my early class (8:30) then came home for lunch before meeting Sarah and Shannon to plan our conquest of Spain. We have four trips planned. The first one is this Saturday to Toledo. Then after that we are heading to Valencia for two nights. I'm pretty excited about heading to the beach! After that it's Cuenca, followed by another town who's name I can't remember off hand! =P It's going to be a bit of a busy week, but I'm glad! We also want to try and hit two more cities in the weekends to follow before we head home.
After we planned our trips I had about an hour to get homework done and relax before heading off to the tapas dinner. I'm really glad I went this time. I was tossing it up because I was still hungry when I left the last one. This time I felt like there was a LOT more food! I got my patatas bravas again! <3 I still think the brava sauce we had in Cordoba was the best! And I still need to find a good recipe!
Well, it's getting late and I'm beat!

You need to work on that Spanish rice recipe too...I can't wait until you take all your trips and visit all these places! It excites me to hear about all your plans! Nothing exciting here today...more overtime...1/2 hr lunches and staying until 5 and next week they are already offering 1/2 hr lunches and asking if we want to stay until 7...I am going to try working as much as I can but it really wears me out...especially with school on top of it...I love you a lot honey...love and miss you...Momma
