April 22nd - April 23rd: Day Eighty

So, I'm feeling a bit down about the fact that this is my first Easter away from the family. I know we really don't do too much for Easter, but still. It would still be nice to be able to see everyone and have a nice dinner. I'm keeping positive though by reminding myself that 1) I'm in SPAIN, 2) I'm not missing Christmas or anything, 3) I'm in SPAIN, and 4) I come home in just 5 weeks.

Today I picked up the tickets for the bullfight next weekend. I'm pretty excited about it and I hope it's not too terrible to watch. Then I went for lunch with Sarah and Shannon and bought a few more gifts for people. I'm down to about five more people that I have to actually get something for. Three of those people I already know what I want to get, I just have to go buy it.

Tomorrow I'm waking up early and heading to Mass with Sarah and Shannon; it should be pretty interesting. After that there's some kind of festival in Plaza Mayor that I'm going to go see at least part of. After that, I need to get some homework done!

    Well incase you are wondering the weather is awful...raining and wet...your boys came to get their gifts the Easter Bunny dropped off here (I knew it was him because there was bunny poop aside of the gifts)...I can't wait until they see you...its going to be a really weird Easter for me too...Nate isn't coming home either...love you...Momma :(
