April 18th - April 19th: Day Seventy Six

We originally planned on getting up early and heading to the beach, but ended up sleeping in. We even went to bed early the night before. Upon arrival the day before I realized I packed for the beach (which I was sooo excited for) and never put my bathing suit in my bag. I was a little upset, but the weather helped mend that. It was windy, which made it cold. Plus, the water was FREEZING! So a bathing suit wasn't necessary. I sat out in shorts and a tank-top instead; which was still cold.

We sat out for about two hours (I got a little pink, nothing major.. you can just tell I was in the sun) and then headed out for something to eat. We waited at a restaurant for 40 minutes for paella (Blanca's is better and I told her so today) then walked back to the apartment to shower and change before heading out to the center of the city to look at old buildings. Well, the three of us all ended up falling asleep.

After our nap (which wasn't needed at all), we walked to the center of Valencia, went in a few buildings and enjoyed the sights. I got some nice pictures of buildings which I will try and put on here later. If not, they'll be on facebook. Plus, I'm down to 37 days so I can always wait and show everyone the pictures when I get back! =)
