Mar 26th - Mar 27th: Day Fifty Three

I just realized that March is soon over! Which means I'll only have two more months! =)
I already knew that the halfway point was coming up this week, but I never put together that March was coming to an end (I mean, I knew, but still). It's crazy!

Anyway, today, daylight savings time messed me up! I was so proud of myself when I actually woke up with my alarm at 9:30 and took my shower. Only to realize as I was getting ready that the clock was wrong in reading 10:15; it was really 11:15. I think the worst part was when I realized I told Moud that we'd leave the house at 11:30 and I only had 15 minutes! We were fine though; she was just as messed up as I was, haha.

Once we sorted things out we left the house to head to the are museum again. Since we only saw about half the other day we decided we'd head there today during the free time. I decided too that I like classic art more than I like the modern stuff. Modern art is just weird.... After the museum we headed back home for lunch. Once that was over I didn't really do anything else. It was a 'blah' sort of day. Cloudy, windy, cold and just not good. So I watched a movie and worked on my homework.

We had two new girls move in this week. One's from Oregon and the other is from California. They are in CEA too, but aren't taking classes at my university. They are at the global campus. I really like them and it'll be nice to have other people to hang out with and talk to. They just need to work on speaking Spanish instead of English; especially if they want to learn. Speaking of, I was told by two people that my Spanish was pretty good. Pablo (the guy living here from Bolivia) told me at lunch that my Spanish was really good. Which surprised me considering I feel like I'm not learning a lot. And on of the new girls (I forget which one) told me I sound pretty good as well. I have to admit, it gives me hope, haha! I just have to make sure that I practice when I get home!

Well, I've got class so it's time for bed!
Good night!

XOXO,
Carol
