Feb 16th - Feb 17th: Day Fifteen

So, guess who got sick just in time for their day trip tomorrow? Yep, woke up this morning with a headache, sore throat and a cough. I figured the headache was a result of being tired and the sore throat was because of sleeping weird (it happens). The cough I considered a warning sign of what was to come. I didn't think it would hit me that quickly though. Halfway though my first class I felt like I'd been hit by a truck, and really didn't care what the professors were saying. I sucked it up and made it though the day, only to come 'home' and sleep for three hours. Gio gave me medicine though and I'm hoping it helps and I can actually enjoy my trip tomorrow.

Besides sleeping the day away today wasn't anything special. I had three classes today instead of my usual two, though. Apparently four of the classes that I could choose from were mandatory... I didn't know this until yesterday and I now have an 8:30 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To put it simply, I hate the world on those days. I've survived 8 am's before... but that was when I had maybe a 10 minute walk to class... not a 45 minute commute.

I noticed too that my countdown is below 100 days! That's pretty exciting! I still can't wait to go home, mostly because I miss everyone. If I could have everyone here with me I wouldn't want to go home at all! I'm really enjoying myself, but I miss everyone!

Well I should get to bed! Big day tomorrow!

    I feel like you wrote those parenthesis for me because you know I'd be like really carol sore throat from sleeping weird, really.

    I miss you, I had to watch myself teach today and I put the DVD in my player (super weird watching myself on my tv) but guess what movie came out....NEW MOON. epic fail.

    Awww, hope you feel ok tomorrow. I was soooo excited to see you were below 100 days! I have it marked when you hit 98 days that you are down to 14 weeks...at 84 days you will be at 12 weeks...70 days it will be 10 weeks...etc, etc. I do really miss you however the time seems to be moving along at a good pace...before you know it you will be back home. I was so happy to hear your voice and decided it was worth spending a few dollars to hear it, however I hope I didn't wake you up since you aren't feeling well. I hope you feel better soon and I love you lots...Momma.
