Things are getting slightly easier every day. It definitely helps that I have the same people in my classes every day, too. I'm getting to know people and feel comfortable in class, and that's going to spill out into everything else I do. Speaking of classes, I've decided I'm going to stay at the level I'm at. Yeah, it's easy, but I feel like I'm going to learn better this way. I'm starting from scratch (in a way), but I'm using more Spanish than I ever did in my other classes. Plus, it's a small class so individual attention is available. I might see if I can get a grammar class in a higher level or something. I'm awful at grammar (English AND Spanish grammar). If not, I'll be okay. I'll just look stuff up online and try to apply it every day.
I'm pretty excited for this weekend too. Tomorrow I have brunch with the CEA staff and as soon as that's over I'm headed to the park to walk around, enjoy the sights and take some pictures. Some of the stuff over there is just wonderful! Plus, it there's no snow! =)
Saturday I'm headed to Puerta de Sol to take the pictures that I missed on Monday, and then Sunday I plan on spending the day at the Prado Museum of Art (I heard it's free on Sundays). I'll be pretty busy, but I'll have a ton to write about and a lot of pictures!
Good night everyone! Have a good weekend!
XOXO,
Carol
P.S. Diana! I love you!!! =)
You sound really good tonight! I am glad things are getting more comfortable for you. Grams and I want to know what the temperature is there? Next week at this time your countdown will be below 100 day! YAH! Have you checked yet if all these credits are going to transfer to Bloom? Kari logged on today to check up on you. She is soooo proud of you however you made her cry with all of your stories. We can't wait to see these pictures after you tour around. I want you to check into other places to tour. Are some of the other people in the program going to go touring too. I want you to go as many places as you can before coming home. Grams agrees with me. You are just too close to so many other places that you shouldn't turn it down. Are you interested in going over to Paris? Have you checked with your host family about any plans for the Easter break? Let me know if you need extra money to do this and we will take care of you. I think Diana really misses you and when you come home she will need to come visit. I will be looking forward to your blog again tomorrow...Grams is hoping for some pictures! We love you Caddy...Love Momma and Grams!
